Next to our front entrance at 1107 E Main Street, you'll find a secure black Key Drop box containing drop-off forms for your convenience. When your vehicle is finished, if you can't make it before 5:00 PM, we can secure your keys/fob inside one of our numbered 24/7 Vehicle Key/Fob Pickup combination lockboxes and text or call you with your private unlock code.
We perform a complete, controlled testing process to recreate your vehicle's issue, analyze live data streams, and verify the exact root cause before recommending any repair. A standard $100 minimum diagnosis fee is attached to repair orders (unless voided by the shop manager) so our ASE-Certified technicians can invest the testing time needed to save you from unnecessary parts replacements.
